We are a successful Real Estate brokerage with over 12 offices, and looking for a unique candidate to fill a part-time office assistant position. There are two facets to this position. First, the ideal candidate should be able to do common administrative tasks like filing, copying, placing orders, etc. The candidate should also be very proficient with computers and technology as majority of the duties involve using computer and web-based software.
The second aspect of this position requires a person with strong communication and writing abilities to assist broker, agents and clients with rental property transactions.

Responsibilities:
- Greet clients, agents, vendors entering office
- Receive/sort/distribute mail
- Receive closings, scan, prepare daily deposit(s) & submit electronically to bank
- Point of contact for agents to Property Management Company
- Input and Manage rentals in AppFolio
- Post rental checks, upload bank deposit receipts into AppFolio and send to accounting
- Compliance check on all managed properties – Report to broker with findings
- Maintain production board – post listings and contracts
- Schedule/Maintain conference rooms
- Assist in building maintenance issues
Requirements:
- Strong Customer Service Skills
