We are seeking a Receptionist / Property Management Support person to join our growing team! This position offers a wide variety of different responsibilities in order to support our office and Property Management Team. Our business hours are Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm.Significant Responsibilities:
· Welcoming visitors by greeting them as they enter the office
· Answer incoming calls and direct them accordingly
· Handle all aspects of a property’s maintenance
· Communicate with Tenants and Landlords regarding property related issues
· Coordinate with outside vendors to arrange for repairs
· Process applications and explain terms of occupancy
· Handling a large volume of email communications and text messages
· Continuous filing and documenting notes in the system
· Drafting correspondence
· Ongoing and detailed tracking of homeowner information
· Provide support to Property Managers and office staff
· Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed
· Superior customer service skills
· Previous experience in office administration and property management setting
· Ability to prioritize and multitask
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Great attention to detail and organization skills
· Proficient with Microsoft Office
Requirements:
Previous experience in property management and/or real estate
Rate of pay will be based on experience
Bilingual (Spanish) Helpful
High school diploma or GED
