Proficiency required in Word, Word Perfect, Outlook, and Excel. Knowledge of ProDoc, SOS, and Facebook a plus. Windows 7 environment.
Tasks include answering phones, email communications with clients and courts, maintaining calendars, processing mail and pleadings, scheduling and support services.
The ideal candidate for this position will have good organization and communication skills, a high school diploma or GED, and be good at multi-tasking. Position is full time, with benefits. Office is conveniently located in Brandon, Florida near the Selmon Expressway.
Hourly rate is negotiable, depending on qualifications.
