Receptionist Job Posting
Terrapin Ridge Farms, a fast-growing specialty food creator and distributor Is looking for a receptionist to help them execute increased sales.
Responsbilities:
· Answer phones and forward incoming phone calls to appropriate personnel
· Handle basic customer service issues and requests
· Assist other staff with work, such as sending out marketing materials and catalogs as requested as well as responding to basic consumer requests that come through the website.
· Additional special projects as needed.
Skills
· Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
· Ability to multi-task
