2-3+ YEARS OF RECENT RECRUITING EXPERIENCE IN FINANCIAL SERVICES, BANKING OR CALL CENTER.
Currently hiring a recruiter for a company located in Clearwater, FL. They currently have sixty requisitions open nationally and will likely have additional ones coming out soon. This candidate will be responsible for recruiting primarily mortgage servicing roles including CSRs, Processors, Collectors, etc. This position will start as a 4 to 5 month contract guaranteed but will likely go longer.
Work Environment: Corporate environment located at corporate HQ in Clearwater, FL. Business casual dress code.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED Minimum (Degree Preferred but not necessary)
- 2-3 years of financial services, banking, or call center recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting from Linkedin preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
Performance Expectations: Able to fill open requisitions within a specific time window. Goals are given on a req by req basis.
Additional Compensation: No additional compensation or bonuses in this role. Hourly pay rate.
