Our Recruiter must have extensive experience working in the real estate and recruiting industries. The successful candidate will have a keen eye when reviewing resumes and conduct interviews.
Responsibilities:
- Post jobs to generate candidate interest
- Scour job search websites for potential recruits and contact candidates personally
- Identify new talent
- Review and analyze resumes
- Interview potential candidates using our recruiting process
- Conduct background checks
- Serve as an employee advocate for new hires as well as established employees
Qualifications:
- Recruiting experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Effective negotiating skills
- Extensive knowledge of computer systems and technology
- Familiarity with online job hunting websites
- Ability to travel when necessary
- Working knowledge of the real estate industry
