You will be responsible for the following duties on a daily basis:
- Recruiting exceptional candidates
- Interviewing potential candidates
- Matching exceptional candidates to our clients’ needs
- Providing world class customer service to our candidates, clients and coworkers.
Requirements:
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in a recruiting role
- Must have knowledge of all standard recruiting techniques
- Must have knowledge of internet search protocol
- Must have knowledge of how to recruit passive candidates via, social media, direct calls etc
- Must have knowledge of executive search techniques including direct sourcing
