Serve as an integral part of the call center recruiting structure at HSN. The coordinator is the single point of contact post-offer to call center new hires. The coordinator also performs call center or full life cycle recruiting as required.
• Support the SSC Recruiting processes and candidate management.
• Compile weekly reports.
• Coordination of new hire processes including pre-employment screening, offer letters, orientation schedules and completing system hires.
• Proactively identify issues/concerns that arise in the hire process and work with leader for timely resolution.
• Manage multiple tasks, balancing a high volume of administrative tasks.
• Provide a positive candidate experience through continuous communication in regards to their status in the hire process.
• Ensure data integrity in ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and Peoplesoft by ensuring all necessary information and paperwork is documented and stored appropriately.
• Work actively on projects to improve the hiring processes as well as other projects aimed at improving general HR processes
• Respond to inquiries from candidates, employees, and business unit managers
• Provide Recruiting Metrics, i.e.: OTH Report, Status reports, etc
• Provide interview support to the Recruiting Specialist team.
• Other job related tasks as assigned.

- Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, PeopleSoft and Taleo.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equal relevant experience
Preferred Requirements:

Previous HR experience in medium to large corporation

PeopleSoft experience (or similar application)

ATS experience preferred

Experience in a high volume recruiting environment preferred

Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
