We are expanding into new markets and looking for a Recruiting Assistant who would be responsible for supporting our Senior Recruiter with Administrative duties.

Main responsibilities of a Recruiting Assistant

  • You are responsible for coordinating with our Senior Recruiter and Dispatch to determine which areas of town and trades are needed to increase our availability to accept work from clients and job completion on a weekly basis. You will place advertisements on numerous platforms to generate leads, schedule, screen, and interview qualified candidates.
  • You will help ensure that all interviewed and accepted candidates are given the proper introduction to the company, and orientation of processes and expectations. You will also make sure that all administrative paperwork and data entry is completed in a timely manner to support the hiring and on boarding process.
  • You will be teaching anew technician how to use our mobile app system by guiding them through their first job assignment. You will make sure they are provided all necessary information and team contacts to follow our processes for success.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Task master and Detail oriented
  • Love working on the phone and computer
  • Ability to work quickly and multi task
  • Reliable and open to feedback
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • The ability to express empathy and patience
  • Experience with Microsoft and Excel preferred
  • Experience with Maintenance or Recruiting a plus

Hours:

Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00pm

Compensation:

$13 an hour
