SRI Tech, an IT staffing and solutions firm, recently ranked #10 out of 50 fastest growing companies by Tampa Bay Business Journal, is seeking to hire a Recruitment & Sales Associate to assist in the firm’s business development efforts.
Day to Day activities for the role will include but are not limited to:
Lead Generation
Cold Calling
Preparing reports, illustrating data graphically, and translating complex findings into written text.
Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, and method of marketing and distribution.
Collect and analyze data on customer current and future needs.
Involve in recruiting for the firm’s client needs.
Conduct F2F and webcam interviews.
Participate in client meetings.
Creating branding and marketing content.
Social Media networking and attending events.
Some travel may be required.
Qualifications:
1-2 years experience in sales and/or marketing.
Good understanding of the Information Technology industry.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Windows 8, 10, & Mac OS.
Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
Motivated and determined attitude.
