The Opportunity:
The goal of Recruitment Marketing is to showcase our employer brand at scale with the goal of attracting qualified candidates to Fisher Investments. As a Recruiting and Events Specialist, you will work with campuses, diverse student groups, networking groups and organizations nationwide with the goal of finding the highest caliber talent, assuring the firm has continued success. You will report to the Recruitment Marketing manager and run campus recruiting trips, virtual engagements and relationships from start to finish; evaluate and refine current procedures; develop all aspects of planning for events; and analyze the results of each event. Your work will help us develop the expansion of recruiting events as you use campus recruiting technologies to engage with campuses, students and travelers.
The Day-to-Day:
- Coordinate events at your assigned campuses
- Work with diverse student groups, networking groups and nationwide organizations with the goal of finding the highest caliber talent
- Manage relationships with university partners and student organizations
- Create new approaches to events that will provide candidates with an outstanding experience when learning about the firm
- Engage in a team environment that appreciates collaboration to idea share, and provide feedback to enhance to current and future processes
- Build impactful projects and new initiatives that are assigned to you or ones you’ve designed yourself
- Receive training on recruiting methods, systems and strategies
Your Qualifications:
- A passion delivering an excellent candidate experience and managing relationships with universities
- 1+ years of campus recruiting experience
- Impeccable project coordination abilities and are looking to further expand on this skill
- Ability to present to small or large audiences
- Skills in resiliency to adjust programs to meet evolving business needs
