The Strategic Workforce Management team at Moffitt Cancer Center exists to undertake a conscious and deliberate approach to attract, develop and retain people with the right aptitude, abilities, and “fit” to meet current and future organizational needs. The Recruitment Specialist Talent Sourcer) being an integral part of this process, is characterized by strong individual performance, communication, initiative and adherence to the hospital values with the responsibility of delivering results by following the established recruiting processes. A Recruitment Specialist (Talent Sourcer’s) role is to create a diverse pipeline of internal and external candidates for current and future positions within an assigned business unit by using multiple media including but not limited to: competitor and market research, advertising, college, local and out-of-state career fairs, social networking, web-based/internet searches, and research to source active and passive candidates. The Recruitment Specialist (Talent Sourcer) will partner with the HR Generalist to align qualified candidates with appropriate positions. The Recruitment Specialist (Talent Sourcer) will also be expected to maintain a recruitment portfolio of open positions and will be responsible for seeing the candidates through the entire recruitment and hiring life-cycle process.

Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communication or other related discipline.

Preferred Education: Human Resource Management field of study.

Required Experience: Minimum two years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience. Proactive approach towards sourcing and market research. Must have working knowledge and experience in current sourcing and research techniques, the principles/methods of recruiting and candidate screening and behavioralbased interviewing.

Must have effective verbal and written communication, interpersonal and problemsolving skills, ability to research and gather market intelligence and manage multiple searches at any time.

Knowledge of local, state and regulatory requirements related to areas of functional responsibility and HR is also necessary.

Proficiency in MS Office, experience with applicant tracking system and HRIS systems.

Preferred Experience: Competency using Position Manager and/or Lawson.
