Job Description


Summary
Responsible for sales and operations support on the regional level which includes job costing, obtaining quotes, building proposals, client job walks and some project management. This position is designed to diversify the skillset of the employee and prepare them to enter a role in project management or sales. This position will report to the Vice President of Sales/Partner – Chicago Division.

Responsibilities
• Provide accurate job costing for account executives
• Build/Enter all .pee files in the estimator program for account executives
• Create maps to coincide with estimate quantities
• Implement cost saving measures
• Develop and build relationships with local alliances, suppliers and vendors
• Retrieve all quotes from local alliances and vendors in preparation for job costing
• Attend job walks with clients to develop the scope of work
• Perform field measurements to determine necessary scope of work for repairs.
• Occasionally project manage jobs as deemed necessary
• Respond in an appropriate time frame to both internal and external customer’s questions.
• Organizing weekly meetings with account executives to ensure objectives have been met
• Develop Pavement Management Plans (PMP)
o Take Pictures
o Create Site Plans utilizing Go-Ipave
o Construct Analysis
• When necessary, aid the account executives in any client presentations.
• Attend meetings that are deemed necessary to include some evenings and Saturday’s
• Act as a liaison between sales department and operations department.
• Support Rose Paving’s Goals and Values

Requirements:
• 1 or 2 years experience or recent college grad
• Demonstrate attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills
• Correspond daily with regional clients.
• Experience with Timberline software is a plus.
• Manage difficult or emotional customer situations.

• Strong knowledge of spreadsheet software and word processing.
