This position ensures quality delivery of IFM operations and services across the assigned area. This individual will ensure all contract deliverables are met or exceeded, including continual operations, cost savings initiatives, energy consumption reduction initiatives, and service improvements and introduction of best practices and innovations.

Supervises: JLL Mobile Engineering staff and 3rd party vendors; also provides LL services management and coordination
Roles and Responsibilities:
Maintain high client, customer and user satisfaction across the scope of services provided
Deliver on regional budget targets
Ensure that leased sites are receiving required services, per the lease terms
Ensure understanding of contract requirements across the organization
Accurately report critical and key performance indicator data
Drive savings initiatives and keep savings tracker up to date
Identify and implement innovations and best practices
Develop and implement business plan priorities annually
Ensure effective integration of IFM Operations
Design and implement staffing and sourcing plans consistent with account-wide and regional goals
Develop a clear succession plan for key reports throughout the regional organization
Continue personal and professional skill development and career planning
Drive high employee satisfaction and diverse hiring across the porfolio
Interface with peers in other regions to ensure consistent delivery of global initiatives, share learnings and practices.
Actively participate in regional activities
