STAG Partners is a leading multifamily renovation and improvement company that operates across various markets. We are looking for an experienced Regional General Manager to grow and oversee our business in the market. As the Regional General Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sales, operations, profit and loss, customer relationships, team, compliance, reporting and analysis, strategic planning, business development, and budget management for your market.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales team in your market and achieve sales targets and goals
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business in your market
  • Manage the P&L for your market and identify opportunities for revenue growth
  • Be the primary point of contact for customers in your market and maintain positive relationships with them
  • Manage and lead the team in your market, including hiring, training, and developing staff members
  • Ensure that all projects and operations in your market comply with all applicable regulations, laws, and standards
  • Prepare regular reports on sales, operations, and financial performance for your market
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the company in your market
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in your market
  • Develop and manage the budget for your market

Qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business administration, management, or a related field
  • 7-10 years of experience in sales, operations, and management in the construction industry
  • Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Strong business development and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of financial management and accounting principles
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and work effectively under pressure
  • High level of professionalism and integrity
