Shriners Hospitals for Children is seeking a Regional HR Director to support hospitals in Lexington, KY, Chicago, IL, and Cincinnati, OH, and serve as a strategic partner, senior level HR specialist and consultant to the hospital workforce.

Job Requirements

Must have experience in a regional role in health care, demonstrated implementation in performance metrics management, knowledge of laws governing HR practices and Board/Committee reporting experience. 10+ years HR experience in health care with at least 7 years in a Manager or Director level position and supporting more than 1 healthcare facility. A BS/BA in HR or associated field required; Master’s or greater preferred.
