Our ideal candidate is at the top of their game as a Regional Maintenance Supervisor, looking to expand their scope and influence to the next level. Must be adept at using data and information to assess trends in their business (to complement onsite visits and face-face communication) and take immediate action. Experience in multi-family real estate, process development, standard work generation, and effective implementation. Must have a desire to work in a fast-paced, growing organization that seeks to revolutionize the property management industry through technology, people and process.

What you will be doing in Year 1:
Support property operations by training, coaching and providing guidance to the Maintenance Supervisors and RMs to make sure performance goals are met all the while demonstrating and maintaining ResProp company procedures and values. Help recruit and build a tech savvy maintenance team that is set to perform
Oversee and assist with capital projects and budget preparation for assigned portfolio
Support our growth initiative by taking on property due diligence activities as needed. As a regional level teammate, the RSD interacts with and is a point of contact with Owner groups and must be able to clearly understand and articulate the property’s physical condition and status and then translate that into an active business plan..
Assist in creating processes and procedures to standardize technology adoption. Provide pointed feedback and help develop specs for new technology – act as key point of market feedback for future improvements
