American Landmark Apartments is currently seeking a motivated and hands on Regional Manager to manage a portfolio of properties in Jacksonville, FL and South Florida!
The REGIONAL MANAGER will be assigned to both in-house and third party management properties. American Landmark is commitment to asset enhancement through superior personnel, meticulous maintenance, revenue enhancement and timely and accurate information management forms the foundation for the REGIONAL MANAGER’s objectives.
The REGIONAL MANAGER is the primary contact between American Landmark and the third-party owners. The position of REGIONAL MANAGER reports directly to the President and Chief Operating Officer. The REGIONAL MANAGER is responsible for the successful operation of his or her properties and the satisfaction of the third-party owners with our services.
The REGIONAL MANAGER accepts the challenge that American Landmark ‘s services must clearly exceed those of your nearest competitor; his or her success depends on it!
