Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Senior Executive and working closely to ensure provision of customer service excellence to Homeowner Associations and Residents.
Supervise approximately 12 On Site Community Association Managers and support staff.
Attend board meetings.
Administer standard operating procedures while planning, directing and monitoring performance of staff within area.
Involvement in hiring, training, promoting, mentoring, leading, advocating and developing CAMs to achieve maximum performance levels.
Achieve and exceed financial performance goals of area.
Strong fiscal management and task management skills.
Outstanding business retention skills with ability to deal with issues and provide conflict resolution routinely.
Maintain positive relationships with internal and external clients including Board Members.
Experience& Qualifications:
5+ years experience within community association management at either Regional Management level or as Senior Community Association Manager who is ready to move into a supervisory role.
Strong, written and verbal communication, business acumen and financial management skills including creating and managing financial reports and budgets.
Excellent written/verbal communication.
Team leader with ability to motivate, coach, mentor and positively influence the team.
Ability to develop, train, lead, and mentor.
Florida Community Association Manager License is required.
BachlorsDegree required
Salary: $90,000-$110,000+ Negotiable DoE; Plus Comprehensive Benefits Package
