Reporting directly to the SVP, Operations, the Regional Manager is responsible for all financial and operational performance of the apartment communities in their region. The Regional Manager motivates and manages our community teams, working with them to continuously improve community performance, customer experience, and associate engagement and retention.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the hiring, training, coaching and development of all community staff in the region.
- Analyze team productivity and performance.
- Make decisions and take actions to maximize individual and team performance.
- Contribute to annual budgeting process and manage community performance against budget and goals.
- Participate in planning marketing initiatives to increase occupancy and drive revenue.
- Inspect the communities on a regularly basis and assess opportunities for improvement.
Skills & Requirements
Requirements:
- At least 5 years conventional multi-family management experience
- At least 2 years experience managing multiple sites/multiple communities at one time
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Proven experience reading, analyzing and understanding operational financial statements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage change, solve problems, and make decisions
- Strategic thinking and proactive approach
- Excellent organizational skills
- Depending on current location, relocation may be required
