JMG is currently seeking candidates for a Regional Manager based in the Tampa, FL area for an affordable portfolio. Opportunity involves overall management responsibility for performance of communities and personnel within designated portfolio of 4-6 affordable apartment communities. Responsible for maintaining the integrity of the physical asset, maintaining compliance, and maximizing returns from the asset in accordance with both the Company’s and owner’s goals and objectives. Responsible for hiring, training, and development of all personnel within portfolio, either directly or through others. Minimum of five years successful community multi-site management experience in the affordable arena as a Property Manager or higher is required.
CPM Designation Preferred. Moderate travel is required.
