Tzadik is looking for a motivational and experienced leader to oversee a portfolio of properties in the Albany/Atlanta, GA area.
The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of successful multifamily regional property management and strong knowledge of property and financial management, marketing and maintenance functions. Must display superior communication, organizational and supervisory skills and solve problems effectively.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years experience as a Regional Property Manager with specific experience overseeing B to C properties.
- Willing and able to travel throughout the sites in the area
- 1-year minimum Yardi experience
- Proven results in turning properties around and making them profitable
Preferred:
- College degree in related field
- 5 years experience as a Regional Manager in the multi-family industry
- Industry certifications (e.g., CAM, CPM, CAPS, etc.)
