This position acts as the primary administrator for the oversight of a regional portfolio of properties and is tasked to achieve maximum pre-determined marketing and financial results for the region. The Regional Community Manager is responsible for discharging all company policies and procedures to maximize the proper operation of the region. This position is considered critical to the success of each individual property. Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Create a stabilized occupancy for all sites
  • Great customer service
  • Increase cash flow and control delinquency
  • Train and motivate team to be their best
  • Assess team members and make changes when necessary
  • Budget controls and improvement of physical plant
  • Curb appeal
  • Marketing

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook and Property Management software (e.g. Entrata).

  • Detail oriented with excellent communication, organizational and analytical/problem solving skills. Ability to operate various types of office equipment, i.e., computers printers, copy machines, telephone systems, facsimile machines.
  • Familiarity with Fair Housing and Equal Employment guidelines; experience with marketing. Reliable mode of transportation, should travel between properties as needed.
  • Knowledge of local and federal laws, bookkeeping, AP, AR, budgets, building maintenance and marketing strategies.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 3 YEARS of Regional Property management experience
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Detailed orientated, effective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Computer literate with both Word and Excel
  • Exceptional customer service abilities and have a team first attitude
