Regional Property Manager – Multi Family

BoaVida Communities is an operator of Manufactured Home and RV Communities based in Sacramento, California. Our portfolio of 160+ properties span from coast to coast. We are currently seeking qualified candidates working in the Greater Tampa Bay area, to provide active management oversite to a portfolio mobile home parks in Florida, Maine and New Hampshire.
The Regional Manager ensures that the operations of assigned properties meet the compliance standards and expectations of BoaVida, fair housing laws, and regulatory requirement. Along with operational oversite, the Regional Manager is responsible for monitoring and directing all site-level personnel in a professional, friendly, and cost-effective manner. A Regional Manager will work at the direction of the leadership team to effectively operate a portfolio of properties.
Training for this position will be in Sacramento and travel to our headquarters periodically will be required. Remote training will also be incorporated into the onboarding. Overnight travel to properties may also be a requirement, as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
- Effectively operate and manage the properties with P&L accountability
- Hire, train, motivate and monitor community level team members
- Work within budgets on spending projects and improvement plans as well as routine maintenance
- Problem solving
- Regular reporting
- Manage tenant expectations and be legal liaison

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a supervisor position
- Regional property management experience required, apartment or manufactured home experience preferred
- Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with residents, vendors, employees, supervisors, and other potential points of contact
- Must assimilate direction well
- Must have strong multi-tasking skills and strong ethics
- Individual must be a self-starter and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision, completing tasks in a timely manner
- Must be punctual
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills required
- Must have reliable registered transportation, a good driving record, and be willing to travel overnight on occasion.
- Must be able to pass background check and substance abuse screening.
