We are currently working with a client to help them find a great Regional Property Manager to oversee a fee-managed, 5 property, B/C, market-rate portfolio all in the Tampa area. These are market rate assets, but older, and in good physical and fiscal condition. All 5 properties are owned by the same ownership group. The portfolio could eventually grow to 8 to 10 properties.

Required experience:
