JOB SUMMARY
A real estate lending and technology company has a current position open for a Remote National Title Examination Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Performing examination of title to real property, ranging in complexity, to determine status and to establish chain of title
- Reviewing title search reports and their documentation in a timely and thorough manner
- Verifying that the information in the title search and accompanying documentation is accurate and complete
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of multi-state title insurance guidelines
- Working knowledge of basic real estate title concept
- Working knowledge of legal documents and how they affect title to real property
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Good customer service skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
