JOB SUMMARY
An independent medical oncology and hematology practice is seeking a Remote Property Coordination Specialist in Fort Myers.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Coordinate, apply for, and maintain appropriate business licenses for FCS clinical, administrative, research and laboratory locations
- Ensure that all FCS facility insurance information is collected, stored and provided to the appropriate individuals
- Act as an administrative assistant supporting senior level management
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High school graduate minimum with a strong preference for some additional college/university level work
- Prefer any type of real estate license, especially in commercial real estate
- 2-4 years in information gathering, collection, distribution and reporting
- 2-4 years’ experience working with multiple internal and external parties who are sources of information requirements
- 2-4 years working in a large national company where workforce is decentralized
- Critical thinking skills including solid problem solving, analysis, decision-making, planning, time management and organizational skills
