PEAK is a fast-growing premier multi-family/commercial renovation company seeking a qualified Project Manager to join our energetic hard-working team in Tampa.

The ideal candidate would share these same values and have educational experience or previous work experience in the construction project management field. This position reports to the Director of Construction and works closely with other Project Managers.

Job Duties to Include:
- Project planning & scheduling.
- Material procurement.
- Project buy-out.
- Purchase order agreements.
- Budget control.
- Onsite supervision.
- Project documentation.
- Team & client communication.
- Quality control.
- Project closeout & follow-through to completion.
- Manage vendor & client project relations.

Annual Salary $65,000 – $85,000.
