Renovations Manager Assistant for Multi-Family Apartment Complexes – Ashford Place Apartments LLC (Tampa)

· Responsible for walking all properties and inspecting to ensure they are free of any code violations as stated per the city or county regulations. This includes walking all the outside property once a week, including 3 apartments (2 occupied and 1 vacant). Must submit any findings to the property manager with a given time frame in which the violations should be fixed.

· Will oversee all property development operations. Overseeing any projects on all properties to ensure they are being done as agreed upon in the approved contracts.

· Review and approve purchase orders for all properties.

· Overseeing unit renovations. Look for ways to improve units to fit our market prices.

· Seek new vendors for use at properties and negotiate prices.

· Resolve any property safety violations.

· Basic computer skills and Microsoft office knowledgeable preferred.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

· Must have reliable transportation to go between properties.
