This position under the supervision of the HUD Program Manager processes housing applications, maintains application waiting list, and other required HUD documentation and files. Ensures the collection, accounting and deposit preparation of monthly resident rent receipts. Monitors apartments and property for safety issues and maintenance needs. Provides support services, makes referrals, and facilitates the monthly tenant association meeting.
