Full Job Description
Seeking a maintenance technician for our portfolio of rental properties located throughout St Pete, Clearwater, and Tampa. Responsibilities include unit inspections and turnovers, painting, flooring, cabinets, plumbing and electrical troubleshooting, and HVAC service calls. Experience, training, and/or certification in HVAC, plumbing, and/or electrical a major plus. Must have clean driving record, reliable transportation, and own tools.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 – $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends
