Seeking a maintenance technician for our portfolio of rental properties located throughout St Pete, Clearwater, and Tampa. Responsibilities include unit inspections and turnovers, painting, flooring, cabinets, plumbing and electrical troubleshooting, and HVAC service calls. Experience, with laminate floor installations required. Must have clean driving record, reliable transportation, and own tools.
