Full Job Description

Busy Real Estate Property Management Company is looking for a Seasoned Professional to join our team! This pivotal role will include:

  • Tenant Move-out Coordinator including all aspects of Tenant and Vendor Support
  • Inside office support answering leasing calls
  • Coordination of Tenant move-out turns and vendor support
  • Coordinating repairs for owners and tenants
  • Speaking with Owners and Tenants concerning repairs and leasing

Ideal Candidate will have:

  • Current Florida Real Estate License
  • Current Florida Drivers License
  • Minimum of Three years experience in Real Estate and Property Management Industry
  • Experience with Vendor Support and Tenant Move-out turns
  • Experience with Leasing
  • Construction Industry knowledge and experience is a HUGE plus!
  • Proficient in all Word products including Office 365, Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Team player with GREAT ATTITUDE!

This position is full-time however the right candidate will additionally be able to earn bonuses and commissions with leasing opportunities, in house listings and buyer referrals.
