REO FIELD INSPECTOR/ESTIMATOR/PROJECT MANAGER
Looking for someone with:
-Full-scope REO repair and remodel experience with residential homes
-Hands-on experience with home repairs
-Have strong communication and relationship skills that allow you to connect with clients, agents, and contractors successfully
-Knowledgeable to use a tablet and smartphone to track your jobs, provide updates and photographs for your clients
-Have experience with Institutional Clients repairs or similar Investor clients
-Have real experience to bid repairs, provide updates, and deliver on time/on budget scopes of work.
-Able to work independently and drive personal vehicle to the jobs in your market area

We specialize in estimating, bidding and managing the scope and repair process for Institutional and Investor clients with local trade partners, vendors, & suppliers. We provide all the administrative support, field management, on-time payments, and material purchases (as needed).
Our field team manages the bid scope process, meet with agents and inspects/coordinates home repairs & related POs with licensed contractors who are assigned properties. We work with written scopes, set timelines and approved pricing. The scopes of work include small to large scale remodeling of vacant properties. Every property is checked, and status updates provided several times per week to ensure we are serving our clients’ needs beyond their expectations.
