Perform premarketing and eviction duties to include occupancy verification, personal property review, cash for keys coordination, initial property preservation bid review and task assignment. Responsible for ensuring timely premarketing and eviction updates. Must ensure follow local and state law regarding personal property and evictions. Interact with clients, brokers, title companies, attorneys, and all others to effectively prepare properties to be marketed.

Qualifications Required:
• Two or more years’ experience in real estate sales or property management experience, REO Asset Management, Eviction Attorney Firm or National Property Preservation experience required.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
• Manage a portfolio of newly acquired REO assets nationwide through the pre-marketing stage while adhering to local, state, federal and Client policies to ensure compliance with eviction regulatory guidelines.
• Review and analyze preservation and/or tenant provided documents to effectively and accurately move properties to Client market ready conditions.
• Coordinate with attorneys, realtors and Sr. Representatives through the eviction, personal property eviction, and Cash for Keys program
• Provide customer service to realtors and asset managers and be a point of escalation on all issues that may arise in the pre-marketing stage, which includes but not limited to HOA concerns, Utility Companies, property condition change and Health & Safety Concerns.
• Review of internal Pre-Marketing reports to effectively manage and track individual as well as the overall team performance. This also included new team member training.
• Knowledge of MSP, ResNet and Desktop.
• Schedule preservation services with property preservation company
• Request and review bids for repairs, all additional work needed for assets.
