Job Opportunity Overview:

-3+ years of REO experience is required. Salary based on experience. Submit salary requirements on resume.

-Must have 4 year college degree.

-Full-time position. All work performed in our professional office environment located in South Tampa.

-Office Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00a-5:30p, Friday 8:00a-3:00p. Overtime occasionally required.

-Must possess strong communication and organizational skills.

-Must have the ability to learn and utilize our computer system, DropBox, DocuSign, and Google Sheets.

Job Responsibilities:

-40% of your day will be spent on the phone.

-40 hrs/ week, but must be willing and able to work overtime hours if necessary to complete all job responsibilities (will receive 1.5x pay for overtime hours)

-Build relationships with multiple home renovation contractors throughout the U.S.

-Manage several home renovations simultaneously through consistent contact with contractors. This includes receiving detailed progress reports with supporting photos of renovation jobs.

-Must be a proactive worker, eager to learn and problem solve.

-Negotiation and sales skills a plus to build rapport with clients and contractors.

-Provide friendly customer service for clients through consistent contact and progress updates.

-Utilize our company’s software, Dropbox, DocuSign, and Google Sheets to create and maintain organized files related to all your renovation jobs.
