The Research Analyst’s primary responsibilities are: to collect, track and analyze national commercial real estate market with a focus on self storage data collection and presentation, and database management. This position will work closely with our CEO and Sales Team. This position will also manage a team of interns and data developers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Closely track, record and update data on national self-storage owners
- Manage records in ReThink (SalesForce)
- Handle and manipulate large amounts of data
- Manage a team of interns
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Bachelor’s degree and strong academic performance required
- Demonstrated passion in real estate with a strong commitment to learning
- Demonstrate ability to mange interns and takes charge
- Excellent Excel skills
- Collaborative attitude and willingness to both work independently and as part of a team
- Organized and proactive approach
- Ability to multitask and effectively manage time and workload Knowledge,
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong organizational, data collection, validation and auditing skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills a must
- Command of local markets and business, with good understanding of macro trends and historical perspective
- High-level analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
