ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Resident Experience Associate at Village at Lake Park, you help the Community Manager oversee the operations and resident experience of a multi million dollar, multifamily apartment home community. Here are the roles you’ll play:

The Resident Guru

  • Help current residents who may need an adjustment to their living situation at the community, whether that’s up-sizing, downsizing, or anything in between
  • Support, coordinate, and facilitate leasing, resident retention, collections, and customer service activities
  • Drive the resident experience by welcoming new and existing residents into your community, providing them with relevant information, understanding their requests, and answering questions

The Better Living Expert

  • Assist with resolving resident issues and complaints; build strong working relationships with residents by providing outstanding customer service
  • Act as an extension of the Leasing team; lead the leasing renewal/transfer process and work with the Leasing team to ensure no detail is missed

The Documentarian

  • Keep track of important community and lease information, including creating and filing documentation
  • Accumulate details and documentation (like site photographs) to create insightful community status reports

YOUR BUILDING BLOCKS OF SUCCESS

  • Strong 1-2+ years of experience in a property management environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Stellar organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to enforce policies with empathy
