ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Resident Experience Associate at Village at Lake Park, you help the Community Manager oversee the operations and resident experience of a multimillion dollar, multifamily apartment home community. Here are the roles you’ll play:
The Resident Guru
- Help current residents who may need an adjustment to their living situation at the community, whether that’s upsizing, downsizing, or anything in between
- Support, coordinate, and facilitate leasing, resident retention, collections, and customer service activities
- Drive the resident experience by welcoming new and existing residents into your community, providing them with relevant information, understanding their requests, and answering questions
The Better Living Expert
- Assist with resolving resident issues and complaints; build strong working relationships with residents by providing outstanding customer service
- Act as an extension of the Leasing team; lead the leasing renewal/transfer process and work with the Leasing team to ensure no detail is missed
The Documentarian
- Keep track of important community and lease information, including creating and filing documentation
- Accumulate details and documentation (like site photographs) to create insightful community status reports

YOUR BUILDING BLOCKS OF SUCCESS
- Strong 1-2+ years of experience in a property management environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Stellar organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to enforce policies with empathy
