PVSP is an established mobile home community located on the Gulf Coast of Florida south of Tallahassee. Governed by Covenants and Restrictions, this golf cart community consists of both permanent residences and vacation homes. Common amenities include a pool, bathrooms, screened pavilion, and tennis court.
Job Responsibilities:

- Provides watchful oversight of pool and community
- Keeps common areas clean and welcoming
- Provides minor maintenance repairs to community property
- Keeps maintenance records as requested
- Carries out disaster plan
Qualifications:
Candidate must have minimum of 2 years of recent experience in related areas such as management, covenant enforcement or maintenance.
The ideal candidate will meet the following:

Ability to work independently
Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent written and communication skills
Ability to use google calendar and google docs
Strong problem solving skills
Valid Driver’s License and insurance
Compensation Package:
$26,400 annually includes
Salary of $15,600
Waterfront home $9600 value
Phone and Internet. $1200 value
Vacation and Paid Holidays
