Resident Services Specialist

Front Desk Operations

Maximum 25 hours per week / schedule varies

Hourly, Non-Exempt

Supervises:
POSITION SUMMARY:
Oversees the clubhouse facility during the hours set by the Board of Directors and provides excellent

customer service to residents.

The Resident Services Specialist also provides exemplary service in a manner consistent with the values

and mission of the Castle Group. He or she performs all responsibilities while demonstrating outstanding

customer service skills representative of Castle Royal Service as it relates to this function. This includes

working inter departmentally, as well as, with our external customers.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: (May include some or all of the following as applicable)

Update activities calendar at the direction of the L i f e s t y l e D i r e c t o r or Community

Association Manager.

Conduct hourly rounds of the clubhouse and pool deck to monitor usage, cleanliness and any

other items that should be reported to either the Lifestyle Director or Community Association Manager.
Ensures all safety precautions and procedures are followed while performing duties.

Cleans club house if applicable.

Follows-up on all complaints/issues notifying Community Association Manager as necessary.

Moving 10’ round tables and chairs for events as needed.

May assist with resident notifications or special events.

Requirement to attend scheduled activities/events as needed

May be assigned other duties and responsibilities by the on-site Community Association Manager or

Lifestyle Director.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Education/Training/Certifications/Licenses:
Entry level position High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience/Knowledge/Skills:
One (1) to two (2) years of front desk or club house attendant experience preferred. Strong customer service

skills required. Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Computer literacy:
Intermediate command of computer hardware/software is required.

Language requirements:
English is required. Multiple language fluency is desirable.

Travel and availability requirements:
May be required to travel for training sessions off-site on an ad-hoc basis. May be occasionally required

to cover for front desk staff when needed. Ability to work extended hours and weekends based on

scheduling needs.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. work in an upright standing or sitting position for long periods of time. Handle,

grasp and lift objects and packages. Reach with hands and arms. Communicate, receive and exchange

ideas and information by means of the spoken and written word. Ability to quickly and easily navigate

the property/building as required to meet the job functions. Complete all required forms.

Working Conditions:
The physical environment requires the employee to work both inside and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid,

and dry/arid conditions. May be requested to work overtime and weekends for special program events.
