The Sales Administrator is primarily responsible for partnering with large home builders in a specific region and fostering strong relationships to ensure a positive experience while fulfilling customer needs. The position works closely with the home builders and sales to meet customer requirements. Knowledge of residential accounts is desirable. The position must maintain good relations with all external and internal customers.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Daily monitoring of large residential accounts to maintain data integrity (i.e. pricing, purchase orders, addresses, etc.)
  • Input contract details into the system
  • Review and update customer files as needed
  • Utilization of multiple homebuilder portals to access and retrieve necessary information for various accounts
  • Partner with internal sales, dispatch, and credit team to research and resolve customer disputes
  • Responsible for collections of any past due invoices with the customer
  • Review and answer correspondence
  • Compiles, stores, and retrieves management data
  • Prepares invoices and purchase orders for accounts payable
  • Adhere to all CEMEX, OSHA, and MSHA rules and regulations at all times and wear proper safety equipment while on plant grounds
  • Meet or exceed company safety standards
  • Perform other job responsibilities as assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years related experience

Working Conditions:

  • Works in normal office environment
  • Sitting for extended periods of time
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • May be required to work after hours and on weekends or holidays for project implementation

Physical Requirements:

  • Requires walking, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing to a significant degree
  • Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently
  • Job involves sitting most of the time, but also involves walking or standing for brief periods of time
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear, in order to communicate to employees/visitors

Salary: $17.00 to $20.00 /hour
