Full Job Description
We are looking for a residential condominium maintenance coordinator that would be responsible for inspecting, overseeing, securing, documenting, conveying, and interacting with internal and external contacts/suppliers. This position reports directly to the Senior Manager of Community Sustainability and maintains a close working relationship with contractors, residents, maintenance and association staff.

Education & Experience Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 2 years experience as a handyman
- Various types acceptable certifications to show sources of experience
- A valid Florida Drivers License with acceptable driving history
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of construction, HVAC and flooring
- Experience removing/replacing Drywall preferred.
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively
- Well organized and apt in problem-solving
- Competent in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Responsibilities
- Solicitation and securing of proposals for management/association.
- Covering Association tasks as assigned when needed.
- Interaction/communication/problem resolution with external vendors.
- Inspection of unoccupied units for compliance issues and standards.
- Overseeing renovations in units as needed.
- Liaison functions are directed.
- Courier duties as assigned.
- Generate and close out tickets.
- Purchasing and maintaining key inventory
- Make keys as needed for doors, at units, and storage rooms.
- Changing door/access locks and on-call box.
- Securing units after forced entry.
- Maintain and update parking lot log book.
- Forklift duties as needed.
- Inspect and identify community safety concerns, including but not limited to curbs, stairwells, walkways, and sidewalks.
- Inspect and report cleanliness of community common areas.
- Drywall repair and removal for Community Sustainability department as needed.
- Order materials as needed.
- Perform other duties as necessary.

- This position is regularly exposed to wet or humid conditions
- The typical noise is medium to loud
Physical Requirements:
Physical demands are those of a property management site environment. While performing the duties of this job, the individual will:
- Reach with hands and arms climb or balance, stoop, push, pull, bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl; will regularly be required to stand, walk and to lift up to fifty pounds; and will frequently be required to use hands to handle tighten or feel. Vision requirements are close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
