An established Residential Property Management company, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our established team in the Tampa Bay area.
Responsibilities:
-Diagnose and perform minor or routine maintenance or repair, as directed.
– Travel between properties located in the Tampa Bay area to ensure work orders are completed in a reasonable time frame.
– Uploading pictures and invoices through the given email address to ensure work at the property is properly documented.
-You may be required to perform on-call emergency service as requested. You will respond immediately to all emergency after hours calls. (This will be on rotation)
-Completes all service requests within 24 hours, unless the request requires extraordinary parts or labor.
-Schedule and perform routine preventive maintenance on all appropriate equipment as directed by the Property Manager.
Customer Service Responsibilities:
-Communicate clearly to residents and respond to resident service requests and concerns in a timely, professional manner.
-Reads and/or listens to resident requests/complaints in a calm, supportive, and open manner.
-Attend and assist in resident activities and functions after hours as needed.
Qualifications:
-Smart Phone

-Your Own tools
-This individual must have knowledge of HVAC, electrical work, flooring, drywall, cabinets, counter tops, painting, plumbing, and more.
-This individual must have liability insurance set up under their own LLC in which they will be paid. Compensation will depend on the credentials and abilities of the applicant.
