DAY-TO-DAY
This full-time maintenance position typically works Monday – Friday as well as some Saturdays. They will also be on-call rotating schedule for possible maintenance emergencies.
As a Residential Maintenance Technician, you ensure that our residents have safe, comfortable apartments in good repair and that they are happy with the level of service they receive. When residents move out, you take great pride in making units move-in ready for the next residents. You promptly take care of any work orders that come in and make the appropriate maintenance repairs in the apartments of current residents. Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and curb appeal, you assist in keeping up the grounds and common areas.
With urgency, you also respond to after-hours onsite emergencies as they come up. You are known for being calm, friendly, responsive, and capable. In accordance with local, federal, state, and company standards, you promote safety and risk management. You keep equipment maintained according to manufacturer specifications. You are a leader, a go-getter, an organizer, a record-keeper, a problem-solver, and a hands-on technician. You love the variety inherent in your job! And, most of all, you feel great about the important part you play in our success as the face of our residential property management company!
