We are seeking a part time, experienced Residential Manager/ Leasing Consultant that is dynamic, organized and a self-starter to join our team in New Port Richey, Florida.
Tasks include:
- Manage all aspects of managing and maintaining the Community
- Knowledge of compliance with Fair Housing, EEO laws and regulations
- Playing the lead role on sales/leasing and securing leases
- Selling the community from initial lead inquiry (telephone skills, community tours, processing rental applications) through lease signing
- Creating and implementing a comprehensive marketing campaign
- Providing exceptional customer service to our residents
- Executing resident retention initiatives including planning resident events
- Collecting rent and enforcing lease rules and regulations
The ideal candidate MUST:
- Have experience in Rural Development
- Work well in a team environment
- Have strong skills in Property Management Software and Microsoft Office
- Have previous experience in property leasing
- Have previous experience in collections and the eviction process
- Have previous experience in marketing, social media, and event planning
- Pay strong attention to detail
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be highly organized and detail oriented
- Have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
