The role
The Residential Project Manager will oversee the full cycle of projects for the existing portfolio and newly acquired assets (budget mindfulness, vendor coordination, vendor quality control, and project timeline management). As a residential project manager, you will help establish pricing and budgets for scopes of work delivered by vendors, while also ensuring all work is completed to company standards and provides a great resident move-in experience.
Responsibilities

- Related work experience in real estate, rehab/renovation management, or property management with a basic understanding of home systems and maintenance.

- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Requirements
- Create a budget for all rehab projects, confirming each home is delivered to residents with the highest quality.
- Manage contractors and trade-specific vendors to ensure all repairs, improvements, and maintenance items are completed and fully functional.
- Develop and nurture partnerships with contractors/vendors through consistent, timely, and direct communication.
- Leverage teams to deliver projects on time and within budget while meeting quality standards.
- Identify repair costs that should be attributed to residents as part of the deposit reconciliation process.
- Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures and all state and federal regulations.
