Looking for a dependable, detail oriented individual. The Preferred candidate should have a minimum of 1 year experience in Residential Property Management, be able to multi-task under pressure, have a professional attitude and be able to handle clients under pressure. In addition the preferred candidate should have good communication and follow-up skills and able to function with minimal supervision. Positive attitude is a must and have a willingness to jump in where needed. Duties include: Client communication and follow-up, collecting and posting of rents, invoicing, processing of delinquencies , posting notices, coordinating with vendors and work order follow-up. Preferred Skills:Computer Knowledge in a windows environment and Microsoft office. Good Phone etiquette, ability to fix problems not create them. Knowledge of APPFOLIO Software is a plus. Real Estate Sales Associate License is not required but is a plus.
