Excellence Capital an owner-managed and actively growing real estate & property development company based in Orlando, FL is looking for a self-motivated, friendly and detail oriented Residential Property Manager to help us continue to positively impact people’s lives by making their home ownership / rental dreams come true!
The Residential Property Manager will possess exceptional administration, organizational and problem solving skills and will be able to use their passion for people and communication to successfully manage our tenants and property vacancies on an ongoing basis.
On a day to day basis the Residential Property Manager will be expected to:
- Collect tenant rents and pursue delinquencies following company process
- Prepare and analyze leases and renewals
- Work with vendors to ensure that all required services are being performed and all necessary paperwork is on file
- Create financial reports as needed and report to management
- Ensure compliance with HOA regulations by reporting violations and following up to ensure they are resolved
- Receive and schedule Maintenance requests
- Handle tenant requests or issues
- Collect bills to distribute to accounts payables to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Assist with leasing and marketing efforts, as required
- Offer admin support to project managers to ensure completion of projects on time
- Complete other administrative & property management duties as required
Our ideal Residential Property Manager will have:
- Experience with Microsoft word and excel
- Prefer 1-2 years of property management experience in office environment
- Prefer candidates that allow for new learning as we are a growing company
- Exceptional organizational skills and be detail oriented
- Strong communication and people skills
