Harbour Light Towers Association is seeking a property manager to assist the board of directors with managing our beach front property, located on sand key. This individual will work full-time onsite in a professional office environment reporting to the president of the board of directors.

Job Description:

– The manager will reasonably assist the board of directors to engage third party contractors to provide services i.e grounds maintenance, pool services etc.

– Handle customer service and complaints, timely and efficiently. Return phone calls and e-mails

– Prepare and review all association related correspondence including board meeting notices and owner correspondence. All members mailing, including but not limited to budget notices and annual meeting notices

– Prepare meeting agendas and attend all meetings of the board and membership

– Assist in preparing the annual budget

– Monitor and maintain all association related insurance policies to be in full force and effect.

– Ensure Contractor compliance regarding property permits, licenses, insurance (including workers compensation), release of lien, etc.

– Prepare “board meeting package” for each board meeting to include: A writing managers report, agenda, unapproved minutes

– Supervise on-site personnel for performance and efficiency. Review performance annually with board member

– Maintain up to date association information in “Vantaca”, including invoices, vendor contracts and meeting minutes

Education:

Community association managers license required by the State of Florida DBPR

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
